Terms for device mode.

Service
Marvex Data Technologies LLC provides the SahaWork US website and a no-account device time clock. Device mode is a convenience tool for recording and exporting time on one browser. It is not a payroll service, legal advice, or a substitute for an employer’s recordkeeping obligations.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate information, protecting access to your device, keeping necessary exports or backups, and confirming that your use complies with workplace policies and applicable law.
Availability and records
Device-mode records are stored locally and may be lost if browser storage is cleared, the device is replaced, or privacy settings remove site data. Export records regularly when they need to be retained.
Location
Location is optional in device mode. Do not collect another person’s location without proper notice and authority.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Employer-managed workspaces, paid plans, and account-based attendance features require separate commercial terms and worker notices before activation.
